The Venum Elite Extra Pack contains 8 weights of 1.25kg (2.75 lbs) that allow you to modulate as much as you like the weight of your Venum Elite vest.

The Venum Elite Weighted Vest has been designed to easily modulate the intensity of a workout. Each of the central pockets, one front and one rear, houses 8 compartments.

Each compartment can have weight added or removed very easily and quickly in 1.25kg (2.75 lbs) increments, with a total maximum weight of 20 kilos (44 lbs).
