Return Policy

We are proud to accept any product in a resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment - without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free returns.

 We will accept returns on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the original packaging (Including plastic bag & product tag)
  • Items must be clean and free from wear
  • Items must be unwashed

We do not accept exchange or return on customer specifically designed products (specific embroidery on GI’s or belts for example.

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).

*For your protection, undergarments, swimsuits, mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new.

Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include the RMA form in the package. Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for cloth masks, mouth guards, shells, underwear, swimwear, custom items, compression shorts and punching bags.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached.
Please keep your orders separate. Returning more than one order in a single package may delay your refund."



Customs duties and all associated taxes and costs are exclusively at Customers’ charge. These will have to be paid by the Customer to the shipping company (FedEx) or the local customs authority upon arrival/receipt of the goods. Not in any case will VENUM :

  • Refund an order that will have been refused by the receiver upon delivery by FEDEX
  • Refund the custom duties and all associated taxes and costs on products returned
