This short-sleeved compression T-Shirt is the ideal partner for a boxing sparring session or strength and conditioning sessions. It was not designed for ground work.

Its mesh panels give you optimal ventilation and help wick away perspiration. The internal "rubber" band located inside the waistband will safely keep the shirt in place throughout your training sessions.
